Refund Policy

Can I cancel my rental online?

Cancellations will need to be made by contacting the Customer Experience team. You have up to 21 days before your event to cancel your event and receive a full refund. If you cancel your event within 21 days of your event date and your order has already shipped, there will be a $40 charge to cover shipping and handling expenses.

Keep in mind you always have the option to postpone your event. If your event is going to change, and you don't know the new event date, you don't have to cancel. We will work with you to temporarily postpone your event and keep your account and order details. We can then update your new confirmed date when you're ready.

If you are a member of an event (e.g.: groomsmen, father of the bride or groom, etc) and cannot attend and need to cancel, please contact us. Please note: event owners will be notified of any changes in event member status.

Can I return a retail suit I purchased?

Yes, we accept returns on unworn and unaltered retail suits returned prior to your event date. Contact us to coordinate your return before shipping it back to us. We cannot accept a return for a retail suit if it's been worn, altered in any way, or is not in new condition.
