Overall I was pleased with the customer service rep I spoke with, but the fit was just ok on the pants on the second try and they were missing both buttons. I received this 3 days before the wedding so just had to go with the flow. Otherwise the quality was good.

Original fit wasn’t close on my Jacket, vest and shirt. I sent in my measurements and was given tops that were two sizes to small. I then called and had to pay $50 to have the proper sized tops shipped to me. I get mistakes happen but if you check the internet this seems to be a common mistake which makes me wonder if this is a business model. Why do I have to pay for the shipping for their mistake is my question. It worked all worked out which I am thankful for but the cost of extra shipping was annoying.
